Located in the West Paulista region of São Paulo State, 700 km from the Port of Santos.

Produces alcohol for domestic and export markets, VHP sugar for export, and surplus electricity.

2 - Current Agricultural Park:

- Owned Land: Approximately 14,520 hectares, with 77.19% of land ownership.

- Third-party or supplier lands: Approximately 5,000 hectares.

- Capacity for agricultural expansion: 15,000 to 20,000 hectares available for lease, sugar cane suppliers, or purchase.

- Harvest: April to November.

3 - Grinding Capacity:

- 1,600,000 tons of sugarcane/year, expandable to 2,000,000 tons.

4 - Production:

- VHP Sugar: Production efficiency from 120.00 kg to 130.00 kg per ton of crushed cane.

- Ethanol Production: Efficiency from 85.00 to 90.00 liters of alcohol per ton of crushed cane.

- Mix: Alcohol manufacturing from 52.00% of crushed cane, approximately 74,880,000 liters/year. Sugar manufacturing from 48.00% of crushed cane, approximately 99,840,000 kilos/year.

- TCH (Tons of Cane per Hectare): Average annual production of 85 to 90 tons per hectare.

- Co-Generation of Electric Energy: Plant produces 20MW, meeting internal demand and selling surplus.

- Six 30x54 suits.
